​About the Doula

Mariah Hall
My name is Mariah Hall. I blossomed into a doula after witnessing countless of mothers and babies go ignored and KNEW I had to do something. After attending a birth of a friend who was shockingly ignored, that was my final straw. That day, not only a baby, but a doula was born. 

My job is to serve you and your family during this delicate, wonderful, and new experience. I am here to treat you like a person, not a patient, and to make sure your voice is heard. I service the Houston area and surrounding cities, and welcome families from all backgrounds. 

I have a B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice and training from Madriella, as well as education obtained via apprenticeship and auto-didacticism. I have been a postpartum doula for 4 years and a birth doula for 3. I have over 10 years of experience with children, specializing in those 3 years and under .
